Both of them are members of AICC. In fact, the Congress organization’s position in the area of leaders leaving the party, including Gwalior-Chambal, has weakened due to Jyotiraditya Scindia and his supporters joining the BJP. The leaders of AICC who have come to the state are mainly involved in making committees of mandals, sectors, and polling stations.
Emphasis on strengthening scattered organization as Scindia moves to BJP
The special emphasis of the Congress for the upcoming assembly by-elections is on the organization, which has been weakened by the pro-Scindia leaders including Gwalior-Chambal division changing their party. It is said that Scindia and his supporters are dominated by their people in the local organization and that is why many activists along with the concerned leaders left the party after he left.
