The Delhi High Court will now hear on September 27 the cancellation of bail of S Bhaskar Raman, a close aide of Lok Sabha MP Karti Chidambaram.
Delhi High Court has issued notice to S Bhaskar Raman in this regard. Actually, the CBI has challenged the decision of the lower court in the Delhi High Court.
The hearing was held in the Delhi High Court on Tuesday and the court has adjourned the matter till September 27.
Let us inform you that S Bhaskar Raman was granted bail on June 9 from Rouse Avenue Court. This decision has been challenged in the High Court.
Let us tell you that a few days ago, the Central Investigation Agency (CBI) has been questioned Karti Chidambaram.
He is the son of senior Congress leader P Chidambaram. He was questioned in the case of illegal visas to 263 Chinese-origin people in his Chennai-based case.
The residence had arrived. Although Karti Chidambaram was not available at his Chennai residence at that time, Karti is currently in London.
The CBI team questioned Karti Chidambaram’s mother Nalini Chidambaram, who was present in the house, on many issues.
