The agreement is to prevent firing on the Line of Control.

Foreign Minister said- we want normal neighborly relations with Pakistan

The Foreign Minister said, “We want normal neighborly relations with Pakistan.” Everyone knows the meaning of this. If we move in that direction, that would be welcome.

Jaishankar said- We want a sovereign democratic system in Afghanistan

On India’s role in talks with the Taliban, Jaishankar said, “We want a sovereign democratic system in Afghanistan.” This will be in the interest of the minority community living there.

We are in favor of peace and resettlement in Afghanistan. For this, we expect the Taliban. For the time being, we will be in a state of weight and watch.

Jaishankar said- China is a fast-moving country in the global economy.

In response to a question on China’s economic rise, Jaishankar said, “China is a fast-moving country in the global economy.” No one can deny this. For this, his work done in 40 years should be praised.

Jaishankar said- China developed by going contrary to the thinking of western countries.

Jaishankar said China has adopted many avenues to move forward. It began when the US President was Richard Nixon. Going contrary to the thinking of western countries, China developed its development.

It will not be right to guess from now what the global conditions will be like in the future.

Jaishankar said – India has to increase competitive behavior and capabilities

As far as India is concerned, we have to increase our competitive conduct and capabilities. Only then will we be able to get ahead in the race of development.

Jaishankar made it clear that this should not be considered as his political statement, but rather he is speaking as a personal opinion after assessing the situation in a holistic manner.
