Ingredients:

  1. Flour: 2 cups
  2. Garlic: 8-10 cloves (finely chopped)
  3. Green chilies: 2-3 (finely chopped)
  4. Ginger: 1 inch (grated)
  5. Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  6. Dry red chilies: 1/2 teaspoon (crushed)
  7. Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala: 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Salt: according to taste
  11. Oil: for frying
  12. Desi ghee: for applying on the paratha

Method: Chilli garlic paratha recipe

  1. To make Chilli Garlic Paratha, first of all, put garlic, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, dry red chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. After this, take flour in a big vessel, add water gradually, and knead soft dough.
  3. For 15 to 20 minutes, keep the dough covered.
  4. Next, form little balls out of the kneaded dough. Roll each ball into a ball using a rolling pin and fill it with the prepared masala. Next, fold the edges to give it a spherical shape.
  5. Now heat a pan and coat it with oil. Place the rolled paratha on the pan and fry it till it becomes golden on both sides.
  6. Then serve hot chili garlic paratha with curd, pickle, or vegetables.
