Centenary Of Cases Against Samajwadi Party MP Azam Khan

Centenary of cases against SP MP Azam Khan, police included name in Dungarpur case.

On Tuesday, the number of cases registered against Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Azam Khan from the Rampur district of Uttar Pradesh exceeded a hundred.

After his involvement in 11 other lawsuits, the total number of prosecutions has increased to 102. Till now there were 91 cases against him. Azam Khan is currently lodged in Sitapur Jail.

Centenary Of Cases: Several lawsuits were registered against SP MP Azam Khan last year. As many as 30 cases were filed for the possession of land for Johar University.

Apart from this, 12 cases were also registered against him in Ghosian case. During the Lok Sabha elections, 20 cases of objectionable speech etc. were registered.

Apart from this, 29 other cases of assault, intimidation etc. were registered. All these are after 2018.

Boosted name in Dungarpur case: 11 cases were registered in Ganj police station against the supporters of Azam Khan in Dungarpur case.

Azam Khan was not named in these cases. But, in the investigation, the police have included his name in these cases.

The Asra Awas Colony was built in Dungarpur during the SP rule, when there were houses of some people who were demolished, describing it as the property of the municipality.

In this case, the victims had lodged reports that their houses were looted, houses were destroyed.

The incident was done at the behest of the MP.

Superintendent of Police Shagun Gautam says that the accused arrested during the investigation of the Dungarpur case told the police during interrogation that the incident was done at the behest of the MP.

This episode is still being discussed. The application was now given in the court on behalf of Azam Khan whether or not his name also included the cases related to the Dungarpur case.

The court has asked the police. The answer will be filed in the court on behalf of the police that Azam Khan’s name is involved in 11 cases of Dungarpur case.

India-Nepal border sealed till next order, due to Corona, ten months traffic is closed

Seal Indo-Nepal border is not expected to open since last March.

The people of both countries have repeatedly approached the Indian and Nepalese embassies to open the border, but so far no meaningful decision has been taken in this regard.

In view of the corona infection, the movement on the India-Nepal and China borders remains intact.

At the Nepal Cabinet meeting in November, the boundary seal period was fixed till 17 December.

Government spokesperson Vishnu Devaraj told Nepali media on Tuesday that there is still a risk of corona virus infection.

India, Nepal and China are not thought to open international borders. At present, the border will remain sealed until further orders.
