Union Minister Narayan Rane’s son and BJP MLA Nitesh Rane, implicated in an attempt to murder case, has got immediate relief from the Supreme Court.

While hearing the matter, the Supreme Court has given 10 days of relief to Nitesh Rane from arrest. Apart from this, the court has directed the BJP MLA to surrender before the court and take regular bail.

Let us inform you that a case has been registered against BJP MLA Nitesh Rane from Maharashtra’s Kankavli at Kankavli Police Station in Sindhudurg under sections 307 and 120B.

Nitesh Rane’s anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the sessions court of Sindhudurg district, after which he approached the Bombay High Court seeking anticipatory bail.
