‘The Baghel government is walking step by step with the Naxalites’, BJP said – not a single one of the 316 promises has been fulfilled.

Before the assembly elections, BJP launched an all-out attack on Congress’s Bhupesh Baghel government in Chhattisgarh.

Releasing a list of allegations regarding the Baghel government’s scams, scams, nepotism, and depriving the common people of central schemes, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra accused the Congress of killing BJP workers in collaboration with Naxalites.

According to him, while on one hand, the central government is running a campaign to completely wipe out the Naxalites, on the other hand, the Baghel government is busy colluding with the Naxalites.

He also accused Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel of killing BJP workers with the help of Naxalites.

Patra said that Rahul Gandhi had made 316 promises to the people of Chhattisgarh, from giving unemployment allowance to the youth and banning liquor to halving the electricity bill.

But not a single promise was fulfilled. Instead of halving the electricity bill, it doubled.

Sambit Patra told how in the last five years, liquor scams worth Rs 2161 crore, rice scams worth Rs 5000 crore, and mineral transportation scams worth Rs 2000 crore took place in Chhattisgarh.
