Ayodhya Ram Mandir Land: The truth of buying land in Ayodhya – not much, the trust gave lesser price for the land.
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, determined to provide better facilities to the pilgrims coming for darshan along with the construction of a grand temple of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya, has termed the allegation of scam in buying land as baseless.
The trust claims that the land that has been bought has been paid less than the market price.
On Sunday, Samajwadi Party leader and former minister Tejnarayan Pandey Pawan’s allegation of scam in the purchase of land in Bagh Bijesi Mohalla, just a short distance from the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex in Ayodhya, has been termed as baseless by the trust.
According to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the land agreement was already done, we have paid less than the average price of the land.
The main basis of the allegation of the Samajwadi Party leader was that on March 18 this year, the Teerth Kshetra Trust got a registered agreement for 18.50 crores.
Ravi Mohan Tiwari and Sultan Ansari, who had done the agreement of that land, on the same date only 10 minutes before. The denama was done for two crore rupees.
The former minister had alleged that there was a big scam behind getting the agreement of two crore land for 18.50 crore.
The officials of the trust said on Monday that the truth is that on March 4, 2011, i.e. 10 years ago, Mohammad Irfan, Kusum Pathak and Haridas had got the registered agreement done for two crores.
This agreement was also renewed after three years. In 2017, Haridas and Kusum Pathak got this land signed from land owners Noor Alam, Mahfouz Alam and Javed Alam.
On September 17, 2019, eight people like Ravi Mohan Tiwari, Sultan Ansari etc. got this agreement done with Haridas and Kusum Pathak. Ravi Mohan and Sultan Ansari got the land signed on March 18, 2021.
Former minister Pawan Pandey is objecting to the purchase of the land which is worth two crores for 18.50 crores, even according to the fixed circle rate of four thousand eight hundred rupees per square meter, its value is fixed as 5 crore 79 lakh 84 thousand. .
Whereas the current average price of land other than Malliyat, around Bagh Bijesi and Ramnagari is Rs 2,000 per square feet and accordingly.
The trust has paid much less than the average price for the land concerned.
The area of the land concerned is 12 thousand 80 square meters i.e. one lakh 29 thousand 981 square feet and accordingly the trust has paid the price of the land from Rs 1423 per square feet.
Ayodhya Ram Mandir Land: As soon as the decision of Ram temple came, the price of land increased.
As soon as the verdict came in favor of Ram temple, the price of land in Ayodhya rose sharply. At present the rate of Biswa land is 20 lakh to 50 lakh rupees in the district.
The Uttar Pradesh government is also acquiring land for many schemes.
This has also increased the price of land. Big businessmen are taking land to open hotels, malls and markets in Ayodhya. Many types of industries are also going to come up.
Ayodhya Ram Mandir Land: The accusers were motivated by political malice: Champatrai.
Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust’s general secretary Champatrai Bansal has said that the people making the allegations are motivated by political hatred.
In a release issued by Champatarai, it has been said that some temples and places adjoining the premises are being purchased with mutual consent for the construction of wall and retaining wall in the east and west part of the temple.
In this process every institution or person displaced will be rehabilitated. The land for rehabilitation is being selected with the consent of the concerned party.
Under this process 1.20 hectares of land located at Bagh Bijesi, Ayodhya has been purchased with complete transparency.
In respect of this land, from the year 2011, the contract was edited in favor of the existing vendors in 2011, 2017 and 2019.
This plot was found favorable to the trust. The value sought for the land was compared with the current market price and the price was fixed at Rs 1,423 per square feet.
Which, being much less than the nearby market value, also found the trust useful. The accused did not know the facts.
The value of this land is Rs 1423 per square feet as compared to the area, which is much less than the market price.
It was very important to decide the title which was done. We got the land agreement done. The bond is yet to be done.
Do not cheat anyone: Sultan.
Sultan Ansari, who has made a registered agreement of the respective land in the name of the trust, says that neither we nor the trust has cheated in the purchase and sale of the respective land.
