Ashish Mishra is the main accused of Lakhimpur violence: Union Minister Ajay Mishra’s son. The five thousand pages charge-sheet filed.

A charge sheet was filed on Monday in the case of the death of eight people, including four farmers, in the violence on October 3 after a disturbance in Tikuniya of Lakhimpur Kheri.

In this charge sheet filed 88 days after the Lakhimpur Kheri violence, Ashish Mishra alias Monu, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra alias Teni, was named as the main accused.

The charge sheet filed by the SIT, which is probing this case which has heated up the politics of Uttar Pradesh, is of full five thousand pages.

It has been told that Ashish Mishra Monu was present at the spot. In the Lakhimpur violence case, on the completion of 88 days on Monday, a charge sheet was filed against the accused.

The eyes of the people were fixed on the allegations and the statements recorded during the investigation.

In the five thousand page charge sheet in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case, the police have filed a letter against the 17 accused.

In the charge sheet filed in the court of CJM Chintaram, 17 people have been held responsible. Out of these, the main accused Ashish Mishra Monu, and 14 people have been arrested and sent to jail.

The other three have died. In this case, the police will also present 208 witnesses in court. Investigator Inspector Vidyaram Diwakar has filed the charge sheet on Monday.

In this violence, 14 accused including Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni’s son Ashish Mishra alias Monu are in jail. Monu Mishra has been considered as the main accused in the charge sheet.

It is noteworthy that on October 3, four farmers, including a journalist, were killed by a vehicle during the violence in the Thana Tikunia area of ​​Lakhimpur Kheri.

On the second day of the incident, on the complaint of Jagjit Singh, resident of Kotwali Nanpara of district Bahraich, a case was registered against 20 unknown people.

It also included Ashish Mishra, son of the Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, in Tikunia police station on charges of rioting, murder, accident, and murder.

On October 7, the accused Lavkush Rana and Ashish Pandey were arrested by the SIT team related to the Kheri violence case he was sent to jail the next day.

On October 9, Ashish Mishra, son of the Union Minister of State for Home, had reached the police line along with the advocate to record his statement before the SIT.
