He asked how sensitive information related to the army’s action reached Arnab? Speaking to reporters in Nashik on Monday, Anil Deshmukh said how did Arnab Goswami get information about the Balakot airstrike after the Pulwama attack.
This information is revealed in Arnab’s chat with former BARC CEO Partho Dasgupta. Deshmukh said that the state government is collecting complete information in this regard. The state and central governments need to be cautious in this regard.
According to Deshmukh, a meeting has been called in Mumbai on Tuesday to discuss the matter.
On the other hand, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has also surrounded Arnab as well as the Central Government on this subject, saying that if a map or any other information is received from any army personnel, it would be directly court-martialed.
But they already knew that Pulwama is going to happen, an attack is going to take place in Balakot. This means that there was a breach in national security.

Mumbai: The Sharad Pawar-led Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Monday demanded from the government a joint parliamentary probe into the alleged chat between Republic TV editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami and former head of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) Partho Dasgupta.
The committee (JPC) should be set up. According to this alleged chat going on in the media, Goswami was aware of the airstrike in Balakot.
Referring to this, NCP spokesman Mahesh Tapse said, “It is very shocking and disturbing how national security issues have been used to achieve TRP”.
