On Saturday, Amit Shah launched the Trinetra campaign under the Vishwas project of the state government in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Under this, all the police stations and roads of Gujarat have been connected to the CCTV network and 10,000 policemen of the state are also equipped with body-worn cameras.

Shah also advocated for connecting cameras of Gujarat’s railway stations, bus stations, port societies, and shopping malls.
So that whenever there is a criminal incident, the command and control room has the CCTV footage there and it can be indirect on the spot.
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said that with the facility of registering FIR online in Gujarat, people will not have to go to the police stations for complaints about vehicles, mobile theft, and other complaints.
Gujarat Police is completely modern and this will prevent accidents in crime.
There will be harmony between the police and the public, there will be no mobile theft and no one has been hurt in such a case, for that they will not have to come to the police station.
Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi said that due to modern technology and the human nature of the police, the police system of the state has been transformed.
Now FIR can be lodged in the state. In 48 hours, the police will register it and inform the complainant through SMS or email, and in the next 21 days.
After presenting the police report in the court, it will also send the complaint to the complainant.
Harsh Sanghvi said that online complaints can be made through Citizen Portal and Citizen First App.
Amit Shah said that on the upcoming 13, 14, and 15 August, awaken the national spirit among the youth of the country by waving the tricolor at all the houses of the country.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to install the tricolor in homes to make the youth aware of the freedom struggle.
In the period from 1980 to 2022, there has been a huge change in the Gujarat Police.
Compared to the police of any state in the country, Gujarat Police has presented guidance with modern technology and its investigation.
