Alert in many districts of Bihar including Bhagalpur after input from security agencies, search for foreigners continues.

Security agencies have intensified the search for civilians who became underground before the Corona period from countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, etc.

On the occasion of Independence Day, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an alert in view of the possibility of disturbances in some parts of the country and their involvement in anti-national activities.

In the state, the precautionary vigil has been increased at places like Patna, Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Gaya, Purnia, Kishanganj, etc.

Surveillance has been increased in all sensitive areas and public places in the Silk City.

Apart from the railway station, Vikramshila bridge, security has been beefed up for all important undertakings.

Security agencies are actively searching for those people who entered India on their country’s passport and did not give information about their return. Such foreigners went illegally underground in India itself.

It has been told in the intelligence input that such citizens are involved in disruptive activities in the country.

Their links with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI and terrorist organizations operating in Kashmir are coming to the fore.

It is also being said that such non-nationals had managed to enter India in the past with the help of ISI and terrorist organizations operating in the Valley on fake passports and visas.

Security agencies are conducting raids in search of them by contacting the Bihar Jharkhand Police Headquarters. They are hiding from their purpose.

Apprehensions are being expressed that ISI and terrorist organization Harkat-ul-Mujahideen, Indian Mujahideen, or other terrorist organizations have joined hands with top Maoists for internal turmoil.

Here on this intelligence, the local police, paramilitary forces, and security agencies have made elaborate preparations to thwart their nefarious intentions.

Alert in many districts of Bihar: Ten ISI trained terrorists were caught in Bhagalpur on May 3, 1994

On May 3, 1994, ten terrorists trained in Pakistan under the protection of ISI were arrested from different parts of Bhagalpur. Then one quintal of RDX was recovered.

28 years ago, Munna Kashmiri, who came from Kashmir as a businessman of warm clothes, had hatched a conspiracy to terrorize East Bihar by migrating to Bhagalpur and giving terrorist training to ten youths.

Then on May 3, 1994, the Bhagalpur police arrested ten people, including Muhammad Salaluddin, revealing the conspiracy.

Aminuddin went underground in Goradih’s Daharpur not yet known

Muhammad Aminuddin is underground after coming back from Pakistan in 2005 after going to Pakistan from Goradih and taking citizenship there.

Security agencies including Special Branch, Crime Branch are still searching for him but he could not be traced.

People who had ever been related to him recently informed the Kajraeli police that Aminuddin had died in a road accident in Hyderabad.

His body was cremated due to not being recognized by the Hyderabad Police on time.

But the security agencies are not believing this argument due to no sighting of the dead body and no confirmation from Hyderabad.

The search is on for a foreign national linked to Phansiyadangal in Godda, Jharkhand, and Amarpur Sultanpur in Banka district, who are from Pakistan’s Santa hat.

He had returned to India a few years ago. Bhagalpur SSP Nitasha Gudiya said that all security measures have been taken in view of Independence Day.
