Agitation Of Farmers In Punjab For More Than A Month
Agitation of farmers in Punjab for more than a month: Jharkhandi bidi is not going to Punjab, businessmen are sweating in bringing warm clothes.
The agitation of farmers in Punjab for more than a month has become a problem for travelers, now it is also affecting business.
The railways have once again announced to run trains to Ambala and cancel trains on many routes across the country.
On November 16, it has been decided to run a parcel special train from Howrah to Amritsar to Delhi.
It has been decided to run the open Dhanbad-Ferozepur Ludhiana Express (Ganga-Sutlej) to Ambala on the night of 15.
Due to this, the train will also return from Ambala on November 17. The Kolkata-Amritsar Durgiana Express running on 17 will also be affected.
Due to the interruption of trains going to Ludhiana and Amritsar, there is a lot of problem in sending and ordering goods. In winter, millions of warm clothes come from Ludhiana to Jharkhand.
Goods arrive within three days of booking by train. Now the train is not going to Ludhiana till the traders have to choose the road route.
Due to this, the rent has to be paid more and the goods arriving in three days are arriving in 15 days. Not only this, people of Haryana and Punjab are also fond of Jharkhandi Bidi.
Bidis are sent to them in a big way from Ludhiana Express, which opens from Dhanbad. Beedi business is also affected due to the movement going on since September.
Businessmen Tamanna Hashmi, Pintu Yadav, and Bablu, who send beedis from Dhanbad and fetch warm clothes, say that hot clothes are being shipped from trucks, which is paying many times more rent.
This is also having an impact on the hot cloth market. According to their demand, customers are not able to get trendy clothes.
