AAP leaders and activists, including Atishi, remain in custody, large number of police stationed at LG’s residence.

On the other hand, Delhi Police has rejected the Aam Aadmi Party’s plea seeking permission to sit quietly outside the LG and Home Minister’s house.

In fact, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is going to start the dharna from Sunday in response to the mayors of the three BJP-ruled municipal corporations staging a sit-in at the Chief Minister’s residence since November 7.

Under the plan the party has planned, the AAP will attack the BJP by dharna at two places.

On one side there will be a sit-in at the Lt. Governor’s residence, on the other hand, there will be a dharna outside the residence of the Union Home Minister.

This strike will be about the CBI demand in the case of Northern Municipal Corporation waiving Rs 2,400 crore of the Southern Municipal Corporation.

The AAP has announced that the strike will go on until the central government accepts the demand for a CBI probe.

AAP senior leader and MLA Atishi told the press on Saturday that Aam Aadmi Party MLAs and councilors will meet Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor and Union Home Minister Amit Shah at 11 am on Sunday.

We will demand a CBI inquiry against the Northern Municipal Corporation. After this, we will sit on dharna.

AAP accused of corruption

Atishi said that the Northern Municipal Corporation has manipulated and waived the amount of Rs 2,400 crore owed to the Southern Municipal Corporation.

If this amount was received by this Municipal Corporation, then the outstanding salary of all the employees of this Municipal Corporation could be paid.

Atishi has described it as corruption. He said who is responsible for this corruption? The Urban Development Minister of Delhi has also ordered an inquiry into the matter.

Explain that the demand of 13000 crores of the three mayors who are going on a sit-in at the Chief Minister’s residence is not accepted by the Aam Aadmi Party.

The party has made it clear many times that corporations have not paid any money on the Delhi government.
