Special Commissioner of Intelligence Dipendra Pathak told in a press conference held at Police Headquarters on Sunday evening that the parade has been allowed to take out a parade within a radius of 62 km on the Singhu border, 46 km on the Ghazipur border and 63 km on the Tiki border.

More than 100 km route of the parade from the three borders will be in Delhi. The said areas are adjacent to the border of Delhi.

Police will be stationed during the parade

Dipendra Pathak said that there was a meeting with the farmers’ organizations about the routes of the parade five or six times. After that the parade was allowed on three routes.

During the parade, there will be a deployment of police on a whim, so that peace remains in order. The police have taken assurance in writing from the farmer leaders that they will not violate the conditions and will take out a tractor parade on the prescribed routes in a disciplined manner.

Police will keep information about tractor owners

The police will keep the information of every tractor owners and tractor participating in the parade in view of security arrangements. Pathak said that we want farmers to be volunteers during the parade as it will be a big event.

High alert in delhi

Police Commissioner SN Srivastava has put a high alert all over Delhi in view of Pakistan’s conspiracy to spread disturbances in the parade. Farmer leaders have claimed more than one lakh tractors to participate in the parade.

On most routes, Delhi Police will try to install CCTV cameras. The police will also have a challenge to conduct the tractor parade peacefully on the day of Republic Day celebrations. For this, security has been tightened on all the borders.

Tractors arriving from many states

The process of carrying tractors from many states to reach the borders of Delhi to participate in the parade continues.

According to the police, till now nearly eight thousand have reached Tikri Border, five thousand on Saghu and one thousand tractors on Ghazipur Border.

Twitter account created in five days

Police claim that Twitter accounts were created by Pakistanis from January 13 to 18. All security agencies have been alerted as soon as the information about this nefarious intention is received. Extremely tight security arrangements are being made
