Work From Home Rules In IT Sector Implemented Permanently

Work from home rules in the IT sector implemented permanently, PM Modi said – youth will be encouraged. The special relaxation in the rules for work from home in the Corona era was now permanently implemented in the IT sector.

At the same time, changes have been made in the old rules to encourage business processing outsourcing (BPO). On this decision of the Department of Telecommunications on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that this will encourage the youth to come in this sector.

According to Communications Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, the Department of Telecommunications has made a major reform to encourage the IT industry. This will give more impetus to the IT and BPO industry.

Under the new change, other service providers will no longer need to register. Bank guarantee has also been abolished. It will no longer be obliged to keep a stable IP and send reports to the government from time to time.

There will also be no need to publish the diagram. Punitive provisions have been abolished.

Corona virus has changed our way of working. This change is clearly visible on the IT sector, service industry and industry since Kovid-19. In fact, these sectors prepared themselves strongly in this crisis according to the new environment.

Development of IT infrastructure and incorporation of technology and better coordination with workflow and team. This was the need of the hour.

However, this has led to a reduction in many of the companies’ own expenses, ranging from increasing employee productivity. This is a positive aspect.

There is such a saying – Whatever happens, it is only for good. The participation of women employees in India has increased during the lockdown imposed due to Corona virus infection. In this way, the lockdown for women was positive.

A LinkedIn report said that the share of women employees increased from about 30 percent in April to 37 percent at the end of July.

However, everyone wants the end of the Corona epidemic, but until the vaccine comes out to beat the Kovid-19, we will have to deal with it firmly. Apart from this, we have no choice.
