This incident happened when two brothers, Anand and Amrit Nahar, who run a fast food brand named Zorco, came to the Shark Tank with their deal.
Both brothers have demanded Rs 1.5 crore from the judge for 1 percent equity.

Both the sharks promised to give the brothers Rs 20 lakh for one percent equity and a loan of Rs 1.3 crore at 10 percent interest for three years.

The brothers counter-offered a loan of Rs 1.5 crore at 10 percent interest for three years along with 100 hours of consultant time for one percent equity.
To which both the judges reacted. Aman said that he cannot commit for hours like this and will not make false commitments.
Aman further said right now I want to support you, your energy is right, you need some instructions and can sit for discussion with his team.
Ritesh replied that I have no problem with the commitment of hours, you can take a commitment of 20 hours from me, but from Aman’s side, you have to trust and believe him.
