According to the statistics of the Health Department of Uttar Pradesh, the total number of active cases in Uttar Pradesh has decreased by 94 thousand in ten days.

On April 30, the second strain of corona virus was at its peak in the state. On April 30, there were about three lakh ten thousand active cases in the state.

Now it has reduced to about two lakh 16 thousand. In the last 24 hours, there have been less than 21 thousand cases of newly infected cases in the state and during this time around 29 thousand people have recovered from its havoc.

For the first time in 62 days, there were 3.55 lakh more recoveries in the country during the 24 hours compared to 3,29,942 people infected with Corona.

For the fifth consecutive day, the number of newly infected people in the country in 24 hours was below 3 lakh 29 517.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has also appreciated the efforts of the Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh to work on the formula of trace, test and treat.

The WHO believes that in India’s most populous state Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi Adityanath government has also gone door-to-door testing people in the village.
