According to the department, there is a possibility of rain with lightning at different places in South Rajasthan, Bihar, West Madhya Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal, and Jharkhand.

Weather Update: Chance of heavy rains in these states

The IMD also forecast a cloudy sky with moderate rains in Bengaluru usually till 26 August. In another forecast, the department has predicted heavy rainfall in Odisha from August 24 to August 26. There is a possibility of very heavy rains from 24 August to 26 August in Odisha.
