Waiting tickets will be exempted from Railway’s clone scheme, passengers will get confirmed seats: Indian Railways. With this decision of Indian Railways, people will now be able to get seats even if they have waiting tickets. The Indian Railways has decided to solve the problem of troubled passengers with a long waiting list.
With this decision, people will get relief from the waiting list of one to one and a half months and passengers will be able to travel comfortably on the confirmed berth. For this, Indian Railways is running a clone train.
Railway Board chairman VK Yadav announced the launch of clone trains along with the announcement of 80 new special trains running from 12 September. Yadav said that the railways will monitor all the trains currently running and find out which trains have the longest waiting list.
Railway Board Chairman Yadav said that whenever there is a need for a special train, wherever the waiting list is long, we will run another (clone) train of the same type after the original train so that passengers can travel there. In such a situation, traveling will be easier for passengers with waiting list.
At present, there is a waiting list of one to one and a half months in total three-three trains coming from UP and Bihar. Now it has been said by the Railway Board that the cloned trains will be run on the demand route.
Know – what is the idea of a clone train, how will this train run
For the existing train which has a high waiting list, another train will be arranged. The number of this train will also be the same and it will leave one hour after the departure of the main train. Clone trains will also go on the same route and from the same platform, which will carry passengers with waiting list.
With this, passengers with waiting tickets will reach their destination at almost the same time without any hassle. For example, if the entire Kranti Express coming from Bihar to Delhi has a high waiting list, then after one hour or some time after its departure, the railway will run another train of the same number to Delhi, in which the wait for Bihar Sampoorna Kranti Passengers with list tickets will get a chance to travel.
This train will be the number of the entire revolution in Bihar and will reach Delhi from the same platform and route. In such a situation, people will not have any problem in reaching their destination. The railway has named it Clone Train. These trains will be run on the basis of waiting list on high demand routes.
