VCK to hold a protest march against the raid on PFI; Many leaders were arrested in the action of NIA and ED: Tamilnadu.

Tamil Nadu’s main political party of the Depressed Classes Viduthalai Chiruthigal Katchi (VCK) will protest against the arrest of Popular Front of India (PFI) leaders by the NIA and ED.

VCK’s founding leader and MP Thol Thirumavalavan said in a statement on Friday that PFI is a transparent social movement.

He said that the arrest of senior leaders of PFI and the raids conducted on its offices across the country are condemnable.

Viduthalai Chiruthigal Katchi (VCK) will protest against the arrest of Popular Front of India (PFI) leaders: The social organization told PFI.

Thirumavalavan said that VCK will take out a protest march against the action taken on PFI.

He said that ever since Narendra Modi took over as the Prime Minister, action against the Popular Front of India (PFI) has started.

He said that PFI and its political party Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) are working for the poor sections of society. He said that this organization is trying to uplift poor people.

Many were arrested in the action of NIA and ED.

The VCK leader said that most of the leaders of the PFI are Muslims, but there are also non-Muslim leaders in this organization.

Let us inform you those other central agencies including NIA, ED have conducted massive raids against PFI. Several PFI leaders were detained in action at 15 centers across the country.

Leaders including PFI Chief Oma Salam, Secretary Nasruddin Elamaram, Professor P Koya, and founding leader E Abdur Rahman were detained during the raids.

According to the information, the arrested people have been taken to New Delhi for further investigation. In Tamil Nadu, 11 centers were raided and 12 leaders were arrested.
