Vaccination Of Children May Start By September-October

Vaccination of children may start by September-October: AIIMS Director Dr. Randeep Guleria.

AIIMS Director Dr. Randeep Guleria has given important information regarding the vaccination of children in India.

He has said that the disease of corona in children is very mild. We should first vaccinate the elderly and those who already have many diseases.

Pfizer Vaccine for Children has received FDA approval and this vaccine has been allowed to enter India.

If we get the approval of Bharat Biotech, then we can vaccinate children of 2-18 years. As soon as it gets its approval, we will start vaccinating children.

“Hopefully the trial will be completed soon and we will have the data by September with probably a follow-up of around 2-3 months,” he added.

Hopefully by that time approval will be given, so that by September-October we will have vaccines to instill in children.

He said that if we want to stop the third wave, then it is in our hands. If we follow the rules of Corona then the virus will not spread.

I would appeal to everyone to follow all the corona rules and apply lockdown wherever there are more cases of corona and apply all the vaccines.
