In the London Olympics, India had won the maximum number of medals with 6 medals, whose record has now been broken.

Neeraj Chopra gave India the second gold medal in the Olympics after 12 years, reminded of 2008.

With courage in mind and patriotism in heart, when Neeraj was running to throw the javelin in the final round, it was felt that this young athlete was going to do something special.

Till the end of the six rounds, the hearts of the whole countrymen kept throbbing, what would happen, because the opponents were not weak.

But in the second round, Neeraj threw such a javelin whose distance no other player could follow.

Neeraj threw 87.58 meters in the second round and set such a target for the opponents which became impenetrable for them and on the basis of this Neeraj won the first gold medal for the country as an athlete.

No Indian player had done this feat in the javelin throw so far in the Olympics, but Neeraj showed that if there is passion, anything can be achieved.

The amazing thing he did at the age of just 23 proved to be an inspiration to the country and to raise the flag of India in the world.

The whole nation is proud of Neeraj Chopra’s achievement. Neeraj became the first athlete for the country to win gold in the Olympics.

He gave the country a yellow medal after 12 years and reminded the year 2008 when Abhinav Bindra won gold in any sport for the country for the first time in Beijing Olympics.

In the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Abhinav Bindra won the gold medal for India for the first time and showed the way to the country that, with hard work, anything can be done.

After this, no player of India could win gold for the country in two Olympics, but this time Neeraj Chopra did it. Bindra won the gold medal in the 10m air rifle shooting competition in 2008.
