Three Naxalites Have Surrendered In Dantewada, Chhattisgarh

Three Naxalites have surrendered in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh, one of whom was carrying a reward of Rs 1 lakh on his head.

Success on the Naxalite front in Chhattisgarh, 3 Naxalites surrender in Dantewada. The official gave this information on Tuesday. This is a huge success on the Naxalite front.

He said the cadre was allegedly involved in putting up Maoist posters and banners in the interiors of Dantewada and neighboring Sukma districts.

Also, the cadre was involved in the installation of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), damage to roads and bridges, since 2015.

Dantewada Superintendent of Police Abhishek Pallav said that all three surrendered before the police arrived on Monday.

All the Naxalites surrendered after being impressed by the rehabilitation campaign ‘Lone Varatu’ of the police.

They are all disappointed with the hollow Maoist ideology.

He told that out of the three Naxalites, a woman named Ayta Kohrami was active as a militia commander, who had a reward of Rs 1 lakh on her head.

While two other cadres have been identified as Uika Somadu (23) and Karam Mahendra (22).

He said Mahendra was also wanted in the 2018 murder of a man in Timmapuram village. With this surrender, 375 Naxalites gave up violence in the district under the Lone Varatu campaign.

Of which a cash reward was placed on the heads of 99 people.

As part of this initiative, the Dantewada police have put up posters and banners, mostly cash prizes, in the native villages of at least 1,600 Maoists, urging them to return to the mainstream, the official said.

The Naxalite cadre who boast of communism discriminate against the cadre, the top commander leads a life full of luxury.

Naxalites who talk about equality in every section of the society i.e. communism themselves do not follow it. Big leaders live in the forest with pride.

The lower cadre guerrillas are given cheap shoes and substandard items for use, while they use branded shoes and expensive things. Discrimination is also done in the treatment of epidemics like a corona.

Equal rights and facilities are not given to the lower cadre, using the tribals

Big leaders get better facilities for treatment while lower cadres are left to grapple with illness.

This discrimination of Naxal leaders has been exposed from the items recovered from the Naxal camp after the encounter in Chandameta on the Chhattisgarh and Odisha border on Friday.

The police have found shoes, filter water, herbal soap, and other items of branded companies here.

This clears the difference between the words and deeds of the Naxalites who wield the flag in the name of communism.
