The Total Number Of Corona Cases In World Is About 21.18 Million

The total number of corona cases in the world is close to 21.18 million, more than 4.92 billion have received the vaccine.

According to Johns Hopkins University, the global coronavirus caseload has now topped 211.7 million, while deaths have exceeded 4.43 million and vaccinations in the world have so far exceeded 4.92 billion.

In its latest update on Monday morning, the University’s CSSE informed that the current global caseload, death toll, and vaccination count are 21,17,98, 109 & 44 lakh 30K 661, and 4.92 respectively.

In India, the least 25 thousand new cases of the corona were reported in 160 days, about eight lakh people got the vaccine in the last hours.

There has been a decline in new cases of corona in India. It was told that in the last 160 days, the lowest number of corona cases have been reported in the country.

According to the Ministry of Health, 25,072 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in India during the last 24 hours. During this, 44,157 people recovered.

At the same time, 389 people died of corona in the last hours. According to the ministry, the recovery rate has now increased to 97.63%.

So far 3 crores 24 lakh 49 thousand 306 cases of corona have been reported in the country. Of these, 3 crores 16 lakh 80 thousand 626 people have recovered.

At the same time, there are 3 lakh 33 thousand 924 active cases in India, and 4 lakh 34 thousand 756 people have died in the country.

The total number of active COVID-19 cases has registered a decrease of 19,474 cases in the 24-hour period.

The daily positivity rate has been recorded at 1.94 percent. For the last 28 days, it is registering less than 3 percent.

The weekly positivity rate was recorded at 1.91 percent. According to the Ministry of Health, it has remained below 3 percent for the last 59 days.

The Health Ministry said that in the last 24 hours, 7,95,543 doses of coronavirus vaccine have been applied in the country.

After which the total vaccination figure in the country has reached 58 crores 25 lakh 49 thousand 595.

In addition, 12,95,160 tests were conducted on Sunday, taking the number of tests conducted so far for the detection of COVID-19 in the country to 50,75,51,399.

India’s COVID-19 tally had crossed the 20 lakh mark on August 7, 2020, 30 lakh on 23 August, 40 lakh on 5 September, and 50 lakh on 16 September.
