The protest against The Family Man 2 is not decreasing, now this famous filmmaker has appealed to the government to ban.

Amazon Prime Video’s web series The Family Man 2 is being liked a lot by the audience, while on the other hand some people have objected to the web series.

This web series of Manoj Bajpayee and Samantha Akkineni is facing opposition in South India. Meanwhile, Tamil cinema’s famous producer-director Bharathiraja has also expressed his protest against The Family Man 2.

Not only this, he has also demanded a ban on this web series. Bharathiraja believes that Tamil Eelam fighters have been portrayed incorrectly in The Family Man 2.

Bharathiraja has released a statement on social media. In this statement, he has demanded an immediate ban on The Family Man 2 by Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar.

Bharathiraja has issued a statement on his Twitter account.

In this statement, he said, ‘Despite our request, we are disappointed with the Government of India for not passing an order to stop the streaming of Season 2 of The Family Man.

The scenes from the show reveal that this series has been made by people who do not know the history of Tamil Eelam fighters. I condemn this show which insults a rebellion full of good intentions, valor and great sacrifices.

Bharathiraja further said in his statement, ‘I request Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar to immediately ban the streaming of the show.

As we all know that this show keeps showing evil eye to the people of Tamil, Muslim and Bengali community.

Bharathiraja’s statement came a day after Nam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) chief Seeman made the same request. Bharathiraja and Seeman have said that they will boycott Amazon products.

Let us tell you that the second season of The Family Man was released a few hours before the scheduled time on the night of 3 June. Along with this, its third season has also been revealed.

At the end of The Family Man 2, the makers have hinted at the story of the third season.
