The Market valuation of the top-10 companies declined.

India’s top-10 most valuable companies got a setback, there was a decrease of Rs 2.85 lakh crore in the market valuation.

Last week, the top-10 most valuable firms in the country suffered heavy losses in the stock market.

The market valuation of the top-10 firms declined by Rs 2,85,251.65 crore during the same period, reflecting a weak trend of the broader market as a whole.

Of these, the market valuation of Reliance Industries declined the most. Explain that on a weekly basis, the Sensex fell 2,225.29 points or 3.89 percent, while the Nifty lost 691.30 points or 4.04 percent.

The market valuation of Reliance Industries fell by Rs 1,14,767.5 crore to Rs 17,73,196.68 crore, the biggest drop among the top-10 firms.

At the same time, the market capitalization (M-cap) of Tata Consultancy Services declined by Rs 42,847.49 crore to Rs 12,56,152.34 crore.

HDFC Bank’s valuation fell by Rs 36,984.46 crore to Rs 7,31,068.41 crore and that of Hindustan Unilever declined by Rs 20,558.92 crore to Rs 5,05,068.14 crore.

ICICI Bank and Bharti Airtel also got a setback.

The m-cap of ICICI Bank declined by Rs 16,625.96 crore to Rs 5,00,136.52 crore. At the same time, the market capitalization of Bharti Airtel declined by Rs 16,091.64 crore to Rs 3,90,153.62 crore.

Besides these, HDFC’s valuation declined by Rs 13,924.03 crore to Rs 3,90,045.06 crore while State Bank of India’s market valuation declined by Rs 10,843.4 crore to Rs 4,32,263.56 crore.

Adani Green Energy’s market valuation declined the least.

Talking about Infosys, it’s market valuation declined by Rs 10,285.69 crore to Rs 6,49,302.28 crore.

At the same time, the valuation of Adani Green Energy declined by Rs 2,322.56 crore to Rs 4,49,255.28 crore. If seen here, the market valuation of Adani Green Energy has decreased the least.

Reliance Industries tops the ranking of top-10 firms.

It is followed by Tata Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, ICICI Bank, Adani Green Energy, State Bank of India, Bharti Airtel, and HDFC.
