A civil suit has been filed in the court regarding Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura. The case has been filed by Supreme Court lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain, Lord Krishna Virajman’s Sakha Ranjana Agnihotri. Her petition termed the 1968 agreement on land as false. Along with Vishnu Shankar Jain, Ranjana Agnihotri is also associated with the case of Shri Ram’s birthplace in Ayodhya.

Through this petition, he has sought ownership of 13.37 acres of Krishna Janmabhoomi. Which was captured in the Mughal period and made a royal Idgah? There has been a demand to remove the royal Idgah mosque.

The suit has been filed by advocate Ranjana Agnihotri and six other devotees on behalf of Lord Sri Krishna Virajaman, Katra Keshav Dev Khevat, Mauja Mathura Bazar City as an intimate friend.

It was clarified that the plaintiff Katra Keshav Dev Kewat, Mauja is the Sri Krishna of the Mathura market. According to lawyers Harishankar Jain and Vishnu Shankar Jain, the case has been filed against the Masjid Idgah Management Committee to remove the encroachment.

On the other hand, a major hindrance to the law is the Places of Worship Act 1991. According to this act, the religious place which belonged to the religious place on 15 August 1947 at the time of independence will belong to that community. The Sriram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute was exempted under this Act.

Just a few days ago, in the meeting of the Akhara Council in Prayagraj, there was a discussion about the saint-saint Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi and Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad has included the removal of the Idgah Mosque of Mathura and the Gyanvapi Mosque of Kashi in its agenda.

The saints have also started mobilization for Kashi-Mathura. In its meeting of Prayagraj, the Akhara Council had decided to free the temples of Kashi and Mathura. The land on which the Idgah Mosque is located in Mathura is called Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi.
