Terrorist attack on police party in Bandipora, three jawans injured, one martyred: Jammu and Kashmir.

Militants lobbed a grenade on a team of security forces along Nishat Park in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Friday evening.

In this, police personnel was martyred while a total of four other jawans including a CRPF jawan were injured. All four have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

At the same time, the security forces surrounded the place of attack and launched a search operation there. This incident of grenade attack took place at around 5 pm on Friday evening.

A joint team of police and CRPF personnel was standing near Nishat Park. Then the terrorists threw a grenade at them and fled from there. The attack happened in the middle of Bandipora park in the town.

This created panic on the spot and some jawans were seriously injured.

When the jawans present on the spot recovered after the attack, PSPO Zubair Ahmed had been sacrificed. He also used to drive a police vehicle and was a resident of Bandipora.

Three other police personnel were also injured in this. They have been identified as Head Constables Mohammad Shafi, Raees Ahmed, and Mohammad Tahir.

A CRPF jawan is also among the injured. All the injured were immediately taken to the hospital for treatment.

The terrorist attack on the police party: According to the doctors, the injured Mohammad Rafi has received shrapnel on both legs.

Raees Ahmed has also received shrapnel on his leg while Mohammad Yasir has received shrapnel on his knee. Everyone’s condition remains stable.

At the same time, immediately after the attack, the police, army, and CRPF cordoned off the entire area and started a search operation in the area.

During this, he also interrogated many people and the CCTV installed nearby is also being scrutinized. So far no information has been received about the attackers.

But after the attack, there is panic in the entire area. Police officials say the assailants are being identified.

Soon all will be apprehended. He said that the treatment of the injured is going on and their condition is better.

It should be known that after the strong attitude of the security forces against the terrorists in Kashmir, the back of the terrorist organization has broken.

Before 26 January in the new year, thirteen to fourteen terrorists had been killed.

The plot of many terrorist attacks was also foiled. IEDs were also recovered from many places, due to which the terrorists are furious.

Due to the tough attitude of the security forces, the terrorists want to avoid a direct encounter.
