Telangana Chief Minister KCR Threatens BJP Leader

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao threatens BJP’s state president. KCR said he will cut off Bandi Sanjay’s tongue.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Sunday targeted the BJP-led central government and made a controversial statement regarding the party’s state president Bandi Sanjay.

He warned the BJP leader that he should refrain from abusing words or else he will “cut his tongue”.

Addressing the media, KCR lambasted the BJP and said that Sanjay was bluffing the farmers of Telangana by asking them to cultivate paddy.

He is giving them false hope that BJP will ensure that the product is procured.

KCR said, “The Center has said that they are not going to buy paddy. This is the reason why the Agriculture Minister asked the farmers to opt for other crops to save the farmers from losses.

The Center is behaving irresponsibly. I went directly to the concerned Union Minister and asked him to get the boiled rice I had bought.

He said that he will make a decision and communicate with me, but till now I have not received any response.

Telangana state already has around 5 lakh tonnes of paddy from last year. The Center is not buying it.

Hitting out at Sanjay for asking farmers to grow paddy, KCR said, “Centre is saying we will not buy paddy, and BJP in the state is saying we will buy it.” Avoid unnecessary talk.

If you make unnecessary remarks about us, you (state BJP leaders) will be cut off. Sanjay said that he will send me to jail. Dare to touch me!’

KCR said the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) will hold a protest against the Center for the rights of farmers.

Taking a verbal attack on the BJP, he questioned that what has the BJP done in the last seven years?

KCR also demanded that the Center withdraw the cess levied on petrol and diesel and said, “The Center has lied on the prices of petrol and diesel.

In 2014 the price of crude oil was US$ 105 and now it is US$ 83. BJP lied to the public that the prices of petrol and diesel have increased in foreign countries.
