For some time, allegations were being made against the company for deducting the salary. The company has denied these saying that the salary of any employee has not been cut.

In a statement on Friday, TACS said, “We always give increments to employees as per industry benchmarks. Even in the Corona epidemic, we had ensured that the increment cycle was not affected.

All experienced employees will be given an increment under the annual salary appraisal.

The company’s statement came after reports that the company has sent an e-mail to the employees, stating that the company will not increase the salary of those employees who have been working for a year this time.

The company has told the employees that the company has changed its first-anniversary policy.

It was told in the letter that the employees who have completed one year on or after April 1 while working in the company, will not be given an increment this time.
