<p>Black pepper powder: to taste</p>
<p>Water: 2 cups</p>
<p>Cream or curd: 1/2 cup (optional)</p>
<p>Paneer or cream crackers: for garnish</p>

<h3>Method: Homemade Tomato Soup Recipe</h3>
<p>Clean and cut the tomatoes. Chop the ginger, garlic, and onion finely.</p>
<p>In a pan, heat the oil. Crackle the cumin seeds after adding them. After that, add the ginger, garlic, and onion and cook until golden brown.</p>
<p>Add bay leaves, cloves, and cinnamon, and cook for a little while. Now stir in the red chili powder and turmeric powder.</p>
<p>Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook for five minutes.</p>
<p>After the cooked mixture cools down, grind it in a mixer.</p>
<p>Put the ground mixture in a pan. Add water and boil. Add salt and black pepper powder and adjust according to taste.</p>
<p>If you want to make a creamy soup, then add cream or curd and mix it.</p>
<p>Take out the hot soup in a cup and garnish it with cheese or cream crackers on top.</p>
