<p>The name of this dish is Banana Bread. This protein-rich dish not only maintains the health of children but also promotes their physical and mental development. Let us know the method of making it.</p>
<h2><strong>Protein-Rich Banana Bread Recipe-</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Material.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ripe bananas – 4.</strong><br />
<strong>Eggs- 2.</strong><br />
<strong>Curd- half cup.</strong><br />
<strong>Honey or jaggery – half cup.</strong><br />
<strong>Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon.</strong><br />
<strong>Milk – 1/4 cup.</strong><br />
<strong>Vegetable oil or butter – half cup.</strong><br />
<strong>Almond powder – one and a half cups.</strong><br />
<strong>Protein powder- half cup.</strong><br />
<strong>Baking powder- one teaspoon.</strong><br />
<strong>Baking soda – half teaspoon.</strong><br />
<strong>finely chopped dry fruits.</strong><br />
<strong>Choco Chips.</strong><br />
<strong>Salt as per taste.</strong></p>
<h3><strong>Recipe-</strong></h3>
<p>To make protein-rich banana bread, first mash the ripe banana well with the help of a masher in a bowl. Keep in mind that there should not be a single lump left in it.</p>
<p>On the other hand, heat your oven to 175°C and grease the loaf pan with oil or butter. Now beat egg, curd, and jaggery in another bowl.</p>
<p>After this, add almond powder, protein powder, vanilla essence, some chopped dry fruits, baking powder, baking soda, a little butter, and salt to the mashed banana.</p>
<p>After this, add the pre-whipped milk and egg mixture and mix all the ingredients well.</p>
<p>Once everything is mixed well, put it in a greased loaf pan, add choco chips and dry fruits on top, and keep it in the oven to bake.</p>
<p>Bake for 40-50 minutes. Check it with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it means your banana bread is ready</p>
