TCS denies news of a change in increment policy, the salary of these employees will not increase.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has ruled out any change in its increment policy, saying that all its experienced employees will get an annual salary appraisal.

The discussion was going on for the last few days that TCS has also changed its increment policy and this time the company will not increase the salary of the employees.

For some time, allegations were being made against the company for deducting the salary. The company has denied these saying that the salary of any employee has not been cut.

In a statement on Friday, TACS said, “We always give increments to employees as per industry benchmarks. Even in the Corona epidemic, we had ensured that the increment cycle was not affected.

All experienced employees will be given an increment under the annual salary appraisal.

Significantly, due to the fears of a recession in America, tech companies are gearing up to deal with the decrease in income.

TCS denies news of a change in increment policy: The salary of these employees will not increase.

The company’s statement came after reports that the company has sent an e-mail to the employees, stating that the company will not increase the salary of those employees who have been working for a year this time.

The company has told the employees that the company has changed its first-anniversary policy.

It was told in the letter that the employees who have completed one year on or after April 1 while working in the company, will not be given an increment this time.

The company made it clear that the first increment will be available only after the company’s annual increment cycle is completed.

Infosys and Wipro will cut.

Significantly, Infosys and Wipro have said to cut some percentage of variable pay, blaming the pressure on operating margins.

According to the reports, Wipro can cut the salary of fresher and junior level employees working there by up to 30 percent.
