Suvendu Adhikari Will Go To Court To Implement Anti-defection Law

Suvendu Adhikari will go to court to implement anti-defection law, letter to Union Minister regarding phase two grading of ITI.

Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari once again raised the issue of the anti-defection law. He said that anti-defection law was not implemented in West Bengal in the last 10 and a half years.

In this, the Supreme Court has directed that the speaker will have to take a decision within 3 months. It has been more than 3 months, but no decision has been taken regarding Mukul Rai.

Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari said that after attending Mukul’s hearing on 23rd, we will go to court on the 24th.

Here, on the issue of giving candidates in the Rajya Sabha, he said that it will be known only in time, it is not a company but a national party that takes decisions by following the rules.

Here, on the issue of sending a notice to BJP candidate Priyanka Tibrewal by the ECI, Suvendu said that there was enthusiasm among the common people about Priyanka, unnecessarily the ruling party is making it an issue.

At the same time, on the day of Karma Puja, he demanded to declare a general holiday by not giving sectional holidays.

Letter to union minister.

Suvendu Adhikari wrote a letter to Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan regarding the grading of Phase 2 in Industrial Training Institution (ITI).

In this letter, he alleged that 19 ITIs under 3 organizations of West Bengal made their place in the first 40 ITIs of the country by submitting fake documents.

He said that these institutions also lack basic facilities. He also alleged that these institutions are cheating the students as they do not have any kind of training which they can impart to the students.

Suvendu Adhikari demanded an inquiry from the Union Minister in this matter.
