Supreme Court seeks report from all states on COVID19’s status, reprimanding Gujarat and Delhi.

The country’s highest court heard the deteriorating conditions of the corona virus in Delhi and several states of the country.

The Supreme Court raised concerns about the coronavirus situation in Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Assam. The court asked the state governments about the remedy.

Supreme Court seeks status report has been sought from the governments till Thursday. Now the hearing in this case is to be held again on Friday.

The Supreme Court appeared concerned over the rise in Corona cases in Delhi. Said that the situation in Delhi has worsened in the last 2 weeks.

A Bench headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan pulled out the poor COVID-19 situation in Gujarat and Delhi. During this period, reports have also been sought from the rest of the states.

The court has clearly stated that if precautions are not taken, the situation may become very bad in December.

The Supreme Court pulled up the Gujarat government for the permission given for weddings and ceremonies despite the rise in Corona cases.

The court rebuked that Gujarat is the worst after Delhi and Maharashtra.

The Supreme Court has asked all the states to file status reports on the steps taken by them.

Apart from this, some steps are to be taken and governments have also been asked for the necessary help from the Center to deal with the COVID19 situation.

Coronavirus is worsening in Delhi, corona virus cases have crossed 5.29 lakh. All efforts are being made by the Delhi government regarding the Coronavirus.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra remains the most affected state in the country with the number of Covid cases consistently. The total number of cases has now crossed 17.8 lakhs, with 5,753 new cases on Sunday.

Gujarat has witnessed a recent rise in corona virus cases.

The state government has been forced to impose nighttime curfews in cities like Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat and Vadodara. The Vijay Rupani government has not yet decided to reopen schools and colleges.
