Special Judge Of CBI Court- Acquitted All Including LK Advani

Special judge of the CBI court said – No strong evidence of Disputed structure demolition in Ayodhya, acquitted all including LK Advani. The much-awaited decision of the special CBI court came on Wednesday in the Ayodhya demolition case which changed the political direction of the country.

Special judge SK Yadav, while delivering the final verdict of his tenure, acquitted all the accused, including LK Advani, Dr. Murali Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, Kalyan Singh, on 28 years of trial. The special judge said that no one can be accused of the photographs.

The Ayodhya demolition was not pre-planned. There is no strong evidence of the incident. The LAU had already stated in its report that there was a possibility of an untoward on December 6, 1992, but it was not investigated.

Special Judge of the CBI Court SK Yadav said in his judgment that stone pelting started at 12 noon on December 6, 1992 from behind the disputed structure in Ayodhya. Ashok Singhal wanted to preserve the structure as the structure contained statues. The kar sevaks were asked to bring water and flowers to keep both hands busy.

Judge did not consider the newspapers to be evidence and said that the video cassette scenes are also unclear. Cassettes were not sealed, negative of photos were not introduced. The speech tapes of Ritambra and several other accused were not sealed.

The Ayodhya demolition case is decided by 2300 pages. The decision will be uploaded on the court website shortly. The lawyers of the CBI and the accused have filed a written debate of about eight and a half pages. Apart from this, 351 witnesses were examined by the CBI before the court and presented more than 600 documents.

While delivering the judgment in the demolition case, Judge SK Yadav said that there is no evidence against VHP leader Ashok Singhal. The incident of dismantling the disputed structure was not pre-planned. This incident happened suddenly.

Special Judge SK Yadav has started reading the verdict. He said the Ayodhya demolition was not pre-planned.

Special Judge SK Yadav is still in his chamber. Action is being taken to fill the bail bond by the convicts of all the accused. After this special judge SK Yadav will reach the court room and read the verdict.
