SP leaders arrive with petrol and diesel in bottles in Vidhan Bhavan: UP budget session 2021.

The budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature will begin with the address of the two houses of Governor Anandi Ben on Thursday.

Yogi Adityanath’s government will present the last full budget of his term. The opposition is also ready to lay siege to the government. Due to this, the session is bound to be uproar.

A large number of Samajwadi Party MLAs and members of the Legislative Council are creating an uproar in the Vidhan Bhavan premises even before the Governor’s address to the Legislature session.

These people are sitting near the statue of Chaudhary Charan Singh and shouting anti-government slogans. These people are raising slogans regarding law and order along with the continuous increase in the price of petrol and diesel.

In a sensitive place like Vidhan Bhavan, Samajwadi Party (SP) leaders entered all security arrangements with petrol and diesel in bottles. During this time these people performed with bottles filled with petrol and diesel.

The SP leaders sitting on a dharna in Vidhan Bhavan are demonstrating against inflation and agricultural law along with the problem of farmers.

In support of the Kisan movement, Samajwadi Party MLAs have reached the Vidhan Bhavan with sugarcane on a tractor.

Legislative Council members Sunil Singh Sajan and Anand Bhadauria also had a long clash with the police during this period. Meanwhile, traffic on the assembly route has been stopped. No vehicle of any kind is allowed to ply on this route.

In this first session of the Legislature in 2021-22 in the Corona crisis period, there are measures to prevent corona infection. Seating of the members has been made by following the safe physical distance within the house.

Governor Anandiben will address the joint meeting at 11 am. During this, the opposition is likely to create a ruckus.

In a meeting chaired by Assembly Speaker Hriday Narayan Dixit at one o’clock on Wednesday afternoon, Leader of the House Yogi Adityanath said, “After about six months, we are meeting again facing the challenges of Covid-19 transition.”

If there is serious discussion while maintaining the dignity of the House, the dignity of the members and the public’s faith in democracy will also increase. The conduct of all of us in the House affects society.

Yogi Adityanath said that the government is always ready to conduct the proceedings successfully and discuss the issues raised by the members. Efforts will be made to ensure positive action on all subjects.

In the all-party meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath urged to cooperate to conduct the proceedings of the House in an orderly manner.

Yogi reiterated his commitment to run the House for the maximum time to promote constructive and meaningful debate and deliberations.

Discussion on the address from the same day on Budget 22: The program of the House was finalized in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee.

Legislative Assembly Speaker Hriday Narayan Dixit said that the house would operate as per the announced schedule from 18 February to 10 March.

The Governor will address the joint meeting of the Legislature on February 18 at 11 am. Discussion on the speech will not begin on 19 February. Instructions and rules of death-56 will be taken.

Finance Minister Suresh Khanna will present the income-expenditure of 2021-22 at 11 am on February 22. After this, the discussion on the address will begin.

The resolution to make the proceedings of the House paperless was also reiterated. The meeting was attended by Ramapati Shastri, Swami Prasad Maurya.

Gulab Devi, Fateh Bahadur Singh, and Yogendra Upadhyay along with Principal Secretary Pradeep Kumar Dubey and Principal Secretary Parliamentary Affairs JP Singh.

The largest state will present an e-budget: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the first e-budget of the largest state will be presented in this session.

It is the collective responsibility of the ruling party and opposition that during this time there should be an environment that is also exemplary for other states.

Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dixit said that as the largest Legislative Assembly of the country, it is our responsibility that we should conduct the proceedings of the House with integrity, with tradition and culture committed to the Constitution.
