Sonia Gandhi Was Questioned For About 11 Hours In 3 Days

Sonia Gandhi was questioned for about 11 hours in three days, now preparing to confiscate the property of the National Herald: National Herald Case.

ED’s questioning of Congress President Sonia Gandhi in the National Herald case ends. On the third day, he was interrogated for three hours.

But a senior ED official made it clear that he can be called again if needed.

According to him, after questioning all the people concerned, preparations have now started to confiscate the property of the National Herald, which came into the possession of Young India.

According to a senior official, on Wednesday too, Sonia Gandhi had reached the ED headquarters along with Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra at 11 am.

He was let go after three hours of interrogation. In three days, Sonia Gandhi was questioned for about 11 hours.

A senior ED official said that more than 100 questions were asked to him during this period.

Sonia Gandhi answered all the questions but did not know the answers to the important questions.

When asked who might know about it, he took the name of the late Motilal Vora, who was the treasurer of the Congress at that time.

It is to be noted that even Rahul Gandhi had deferred important questions to Motilal Vora.

The senior ED official said that when asked for a document empowering Motilal Vora to take its decision from him, he could not give a direct reply.

Not giving the correct answer will not affect.

The senior ED official claimed that all documentary evidence of the National Herald case is there and the case will not be affected even if the accused does not get the correct answers.

He said that after the completion of the interrogation of Sonia, Rahul, Mallikarjun Kharge, and Pawan Bansal.

The ED will now start preparations on the basis of this documentary evidence to attach the properties of the National Herald which went to Young India under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

Along with the confiscation of these properties, the ED will file a prosecution complaint against the accused in the special PMLA court, which is like a police charge sheet.

On the basis of this, a money laundering case will be started against the accused in court.
