Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur created history, made two big records in a single match: ICC women’s world cup 2022.

The Indian women’s cricket team presented the best batting performance against the West Indies in their third league match of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2022.

In this match, Indian batsmen, especially Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur, batted wonderfully and took the team’s score beyond 300.

On the strength of their batting, both these players also made two big records for India in the Women’s World Cup.

In this match, the Indian women’s team also did wonders to make their biggest score of the Women’s World Cup.

The record of the highest partnership for the fourth wicket is in the name of Mandhana and Harmanpreet.

Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur shared a 184-run partnership for the fourth wicket against West Indies.

During this partnership, Harmanpreet Kaur scored 80 runs in 86 balls while Smriti Mandhana scored 100 runs in 88 balls.

At the same time, both scored 184 runs in 174 balls. This proved to be the highest partnership for the fourth wicket in women’s ODI cricket history.

In a match of the Women’s World Cup, two Indian batsmen scored two centuries for the first time.

India scored 317 for 8 in 50 overs against West Indies and Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur were instrumental in taking the team to this score.

Both of them played centuries in which Mandhana scored 123 runs in 119 balls with the help of 2 sixes and 13 fours while Harmanpreet Kaur scored 109 runs in 107 balls with the help of 2 sixes and 10 fours.

For the first time in any match of the Women’s World Cup from India, two female players scored centuries. This had never happened before.

Mithali Raj created history in the match against West Indies, became the first woman captain to do so

In the 10th match of the World Cup being played between India and West Indies, Indian women’s cricket team captain Mithali Raj has made another record in her name.

As soon as she entered the match, she has become the woman player to play the most matches as a captain in the World Cup.

This is his 24th match as captain and he has overtaken former Australian captain Belinda Clark.

Clarke held the record for captaincy in 23 matches. Susan Gottman of England is at the third position in this list, whose name is to be captained in 19 World Cup matches.

She has now surpassed Mohammad Azharuddin as the Indian captain. Azhar has captained 23 matches for India while Mahendra Singh Dhoni has captained in 17 matches.
