This card will not be able to be made without insurance. The police have charged a fee of Rs 50 to make this card. The validity of this card will be for one year.

DSP GB Rawat says that people will benefit greatly by making this card. Taking along insurance and vehicle registration cards will be free and the risk of missing documents will also be reduced.

This will be a smart yellow card

There will be a yellow ATM shaped laminated card. There will be two QR codes on the card, one will contain the details of the vehicle and vehicle owner, and the other will be the address and contact details of the vehicle owner.

The card will have the vehicle owner’s name, address, mobile number, vehicle registration number, yellow card serial number, card issue, and expiry date.

On the card will be the Bhopal police mono, the digital signature of the issuing police officer. The card will be valid for 10 years, but it will become void once the insurance policy ends.

Get your card made in these two ways

1- Office: Yellow card applications will be received at Traffic Police Station, North SP Office, Old Habibganj Police Station Building, Govindpura Police Station. You can get a card made by visiting these places.

2- E-Yellow Card: Police will have to send a photocopy of the documents required to make a Yellow Card on WhatsApp number-9285155100. After checking the documents you will get a card.
