SIT Came Out To Re-create Incident Of Lakhimpur Kheri Violence

SIT came out to re-create the incident regarding the accused of Lakhimpur Kheri violence.

After the riots in Lakhimpur Kheri, the SIT, arrested Ashish Mishra, son of the central minister, main accused in the case of death of eight people including four farmers in the violence.

Seven people including Ashish Mishra Monu, the main accused in this case, have been arrested.

The SIT probing the Lakhimpur Kheri violence has taken Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni, on remand for three days.

Today is the last day of his remand. The SIT got three-day remand of Ankit Das on Wednesday.

The SIT team confronted the main accused Ashish Mishra Monu with the other three accused on Thursday morning.

After this, the team SIT with all the SIT went out for the recreation of the incident with all the four accused related to this incident.

From the crime branch’s office in Lakhimpur Police Line, the SIT left for the crime scene with the main accused.

The focus of the SIT investigation is now on how and what happened on the day of the incident.

Where did it start and where did the crime end?

To find out all this, the head of the SIT, DIG Upendra Agarwal, IPS Sunil Kumar Singh, CO Sanjay Nath Tiwari, Additional SP of Barabanki PAC, along with the police force, left for the crime spot.

The SIT team will also take all these to the place where the main accused of this incident Ashish Mishra has been present till the end.

During this, all the questions related to the incident will be asked to the four accused simultaneously and separately.

Earlier on Thursday morning at exactly ten o’clock in the midst of tight security, the main accused in the Lakhimpur incident, contactor Ankit Das, his driver Shekhar Bharti and gunner Lakhimpur Kale were taken out of the district jail and brought to the crime branch.

Where after making minor inquiries, he was also confronted with Ashish Mishra Monu. Shortly after this, the SIT left for Tikunia, where this incident was carried out.

Along with RAF in Tikunia, PAC and police personnel are also ready.

In Lakhimpur Kheri, the crime branch team left for the spot with all the allegations. The arrangements for that incident site in Tikunia were chalked out. Where all these accused are to be brought.

In Tikunia, the Up PAC and police personnel coming to the spot have been made ready.

The entry of any outsider has been barred at the spot so that there is no hindrance in the work of the SIT and it can conduct its investigation properly.

All these can be taken to Banveerpur Dangal after the incident and then to Tikunia Kotwali. By this evening, all of them will also return to the SIT Crime Branch office in Lakhimpur.

The bail application of Ashish Mishra and Ashish Pandey was rejected.

Along with Ashish Mishra Monu, Lavkush and Ashish Pandey have been arrested in Lakhimpur Kheri violence. Injured Lavkush and Ashish Pandey have been admitted to Police Line Hospital.

Along with Ashish Pandey, on Wednesday, Ashish Mishra Monu, son of the main accused Union Minister of State for Home, had applied for bail in the district court.

Their application was rejected by the CJM court after the hearing. CJM Chhtaram dismissed the application as the offense was session trialable.

Ankit, Shekhar, and Latif will remain in police custody for three days.

The court of Ankit Das, Shekhar Bharti, Latif alias Kale, co-accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case, has granted police custody remand for three days.

The three accused will be in police custody from 10 am on October 14 to 10 am on October 17. Shekhar Bharti, the accused in this case, was summoned from jail on Wednesday and brought to the CJM Court.

After this, two hours after hearing the arguments of both sides on the application filed for taking the accused Shekhar Bharti on police custody remand of the prosecution, the verdict was pronounced.

CJM Mrs. Ram has granted three-day police custody remand of accused Shekhar Bharti.

On Wednesday, Lucknow-based contractor Ankit Das and his personal security personnel Latif alias Kale, reached the crime branch office around 10 am.

The SIT started interrogation by taking both the accused into custody. After four hours of interrogation, the SIT arrested both the accused.

After this, he was produced in the court of CJM, from where he was sent to jail in judicial custody.

At the time of taking custody, Senior Prosecution Officer SP Yadav, on behalf of the prosecution, filed an application for 14 days police custody remand in the court.

The CJM also granted three-day police custody remand of Ankit Das and Latif alias Kale.

In three days, the SIT will interrogate the three accused Ankit Das, Shekhar Bharti, and Latif alias Kale regarding the incident and will also compile evidence related to the incident.
