Serbian Tennis Player Novak Djokovic Won The Wimbledon Title

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic won the Wimbledon title. Novak Djokovic said- Corona controversy had bothered me, got success due to patience.

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic has won the Wimbledon title. This is his overall 21st Grand Slam title. In this way, he has surpassed the 20 titles of Roger Federer of Switzerland.

Spain’s Rafael Nadal is on top with 22 titles. Djokovic defeated Nick Kyrgios 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6 in the final to win his first Grand Slam title since Wimbledon last year.

He was sent back after a vaccine controversy before the start of January’s Australian Open. Because of this, they were very upset.

After winning the Wimbledon title for the fourth time in a row, Novak Djokovic said that the title of Wimbledon has come at a special time in his life.

Djokovic won the Wimbledon title for the 7th time. Djokovic, a 9-time winner of the Australian Open, could not participate in the tournament because he had not been vaccinated against Covid-19.

But after being given a medical exemption, he reached Australia. His visa was later canceled after a dispute. His visa was also banned for 3 years.

Affected by it for months.

Djokovic, 35, said that the way this year started, affected me for the first several months of the year. I was not feeling well mentally and emotionally.

At that time I felt like it was going to take some time. I will have to be patient and soon I will return to my old place.

Emotional over win at Wimbledon.

Djokovic had also missed tournaments in the US for not being vaccinated and lost to Rafael Nadal in the quarterfinals of the French Open last month.

Djokovic, however, continues to dominate Wimbledon and has not lost a match since he was injured in the quarter-finals in 2017.

He said that it is no coincidence that Wimbledon is so relevant in my life and career. It’s a relief what I did this year. This is definitely more important.

Despite retaining his title, current world number three Djokovic will drop seven places in the world rankings as he had no points at Wimbledon this year.

Due to the ban on Russian and Belarusian players, Daniil Medvedev will retain his number one position. Djokovic said about his future schedule that I doubt that I will be able to reach number 1 again.
