On the issue of corruption, Pilot has sat on a fast at the Martyr’s Memorial in Jaipur from 11 am on Tuesday keeping silent against his own government.

They will fast till 4 pm. There is no poster with photos of former Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and President Mallikarjun Kharge at the site of the fast.

Nor was the election symbol of the Congress ‘hand’ visible anywhere. Only the photo of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi has been displayed.

Meanwhile, state in-charge and former Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has called Pilot’s fast against the interests of the party. There is anti-party activity.

Randhawa’s statement indicates the party’s tough stand. Randhawa was earlier supposed to reach Jaipur on Tuesday to talk to the pilot, but now he will reach Jaipur on Wednesday.

Pilot strategically kept his supporters’ ministers, legislators, office bearers, and chairpersons of boards and corporations away from the fast.
