An Indian man was shot dead in the US state of Alabama.
It was told that the citizen of Indian origin had a hotel business and there was a dispute with a customer regarding a room, after which the customer shot and killed the motel (hotel) owner.
According to the information, a week ago Praveen Raojibhai Patel, owner of Hillcrest Motel in Sheffield, was shot dead. William Jeremy Moore, 34, was arrested for murder.
Police officials said that the accused wanted to take a room on rent, during which a dispute broke out and he took out a gun and shot Patel.
The officer said that the accused Moore was immediately caught by the Sheffield Police. Police said that after searching Moore, a weapon was found on him.
Police said that statements of eyewitnesses have been taken near the incident site.

Barber Jemerij Owens, who works near the scene, said, “I heard three shots.” He said that he could not believe the firing and continued with his work.
