The atmosphere is now heating up in the country against ‘The Family Man 2’. Rajya Sabha MP Vaiko has also come forward to ban this web series of Manoj Bajpayee.

Vaiko has also written a letter to Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar, in which he expressed his displeasure over the series and demanded that it be banned.

Earlier, people were venting their anger on social media in protest against the series and demanding that it be banned.

Vaiko wrote in his letter that the trailer of the recently released ‘The Family Man 2’ shows Tamil people as terrorists and ISI agents, whose links with Pakistan are linked.

Along with this, he also alleged that the Tamil Eelam Warriors who sacrificed, his work in this web series has been linked to terrorism.

A warning to the government to bear the consequences

He further said that in the series, actress Samantha Akkineni has been shown as a terrorist, who has connections with Pakistani terrorists.

All these things have insulted the Tamil people and culture, this has hurt the sentiments of the Tamil people.

Through his letter, MP Vaiko has also said that Tamil Nadu lodges a strong objection against it.

Not only this, Vaiko has asked to stop the release of the series and also warned that if not, the government will have to bear the consequences.

Let me tell you that the audience has been waiting for The Family Man 2 for a long time. But as soon as the trailer was released, the demand for banning it was started within few hours.

People accused the series of showing Tamil as a terrorist. Some even targeted Samantha for playing the role of terrorist in the series and #ShameOnYouSamantha trended all day on Twitter.
