In his place, Balwinder Singh has been posted as SHO of Thana City. Later, Punjab Police DGP Dinkar Gupta suspended Navdeep Singh for this act.

SHO Navdeep Singh, as soon as he gets out of his car, moves towards the vegetable shop. 

SHO Navdeep Singh reached near vegetable hailstones on Sarai Road on Wednesday. There, he got so angry about something that he lost his temper and kicked the vegetable basket on a stick and dropped it.

Seeing this, the people present there were stunned and ran away. Meanwhile, making a video went viral, which is a topic of discussion all over Punjab.

Then, without hearing anything, they move straight towards the chili basket.

When the vegetable seller’s vegetable was kicked and dropped by SHO Navdeep Singh of Thana City, then PCR in-charge Baljinder Singh Malli and other police personnel were also with him.

SSP Kanwardeep Kaur has transferred Navdeep Singh as well as Baljinder Singh Malli. He has been sent to the police line Kapurthala. In his place, Suminder Singh has been given the additional charge of PCR Phagwara.

SHO Navdeep Suspended, DGP tweeted.

DGP Punjab Dinkar Gupta has described the matter as a shameful and unbearable act. The DGP tweeted that the police will not tolerate such behavior at any cost.

For this, SHO Navdeep Singh is suspended with immediate effect. If anyone else is found involved in this, then strict action will be taken against him
