Banana Bread Recipe: It is a very difficult task to decide morning and evening breakfast for children.

Besides this, children have different demands every day. In such a situation, thinking about tasty and healthy dishes seems like a big task.

But today we are going to tell you about one such dish, which will be liked very much by your children as well as your entire family. Besides, this dish will also take care of health.

The name of this dish is Banana Bread. This protein-rich dish not only maintains the health of children but also promotes their physical and mental development. Let us know the method of making it.

Protein-Rich Banana Bread Recipe-

Material.

Ripe bananas – 4.
Eggs- 2.
Curd- half cup.
Honey or jaggery – half cup.
Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon.
Milk – 1/4 cup.
Vegetable oil or butter – half cup.
Almond powder – one and a half cups.
Protein powder- half cup.
Baking powder- one teaspoon.
Baking soda – half teaspoon.
finely chopped dry fruits.
Choco Chips.
Salt as per taste.

Recipe-

To make protein-rich banana bread, first mash the ripe banana well with the help of a masher in a bowl. Keep in mind that there should not be a single lump left in it.

On the other hand, heat your oven to 175°C and grease the loaf pan with oil or butter. Now beat egg, curd, and jaggery in another bowl.

After this, add almond powder, protein powder, vanilla essence, some chopped dry fruits, baking powder, baking soda, a little butter, and salt to the mashed banana.

After this, add the pre-whipped milk and egg mixture and mix all the ingredients well.

Once everything is mixed well, put it in a greased loaf pan, add choco chips and dry fruits on top, and keep it in the oven to bake.

Bake for 40-50 minutes. Check it with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it means your banana bread is ready
