Supreme Court dismisses Joseph’s petition in Kerala’s election symbol dispute.

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a petition filed on behalf of senior Kerala Congress leader PJ Joseph. The order of the Election Commission was challenged in the petition.

Senior advocate Shyam Dewan appearing for Joseph said that there is no evidence available with the Election Commission to consider the Mani faction as the real Kerala Congress-M party.
