Pakistan’s stand on Kashmir has been steadily declining with Muslim countries worldwide.

Recently, Saudi Arabia gave a jolt to Pakistan regarding Kashmir, and many kinds of discussions started within the country.

However, President of Ghulam Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan does not agree with this.

Sardar Masood Khan says that Riyadh always supported Pakistan on Kashmir issue.

Saudi Arabia has always been supportive of Pakistan through the Forum of the Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) and the Kashmir Contact Group.

He said that at a recent meeting of the OIC Foreign Ministers in Naima, South African country, Saudi Arabia supported us with full force on Kashmir.

This enabled us to bring this decades-old matter to the world once again.

Masood said that in this meeting, Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan said that peace and security in South Asia cannot be maintained without resolving the Kashmir issue.

Masood said that while Riyadh supported Kashmir on its own, the UAE regrettably kept silent on the occasion.

However, Riyadh’s statement is more important because Saudi Arabia is currently the chairman of the OIC.
